If you have already landed and become a PR, then you can simply move. There is no procedure.

Thanks for the reply....But i heard that atleast 2 years we need to stay in the particular province if we landed there through pnp....is that correct...?

There’s a lot of material available on this topic.
to sum it up ; you can move to other provinces but you need to make a case. It’s not just that you didn’t like the province so you are moving. You must try to establish in the province that nominated you. If you’re still unable then you can move but before that make a record of steps you took. You job applications, interview calls, house lease etc.
