Hi, this is Ashish from Mumbai, India. born in April 1979 & from December 2005 I am resident of Dubai, UAE. I am staying here with my wife & 2 year daughter. I just want to know the procedure for applying Canada PR in my Wife's name as primary applicant.
My Background: Working & Residing in Dubai from last 11 years which includes 8 years of HR & Administration Manager. 1 Year Gap & 2 Years Logistics Manager (Current Designation)
Wife Background: She is Sept 1982 Born, She has worked as Asst Supply Chain Manager in Local well known Company for 8 Years & now she is working as Demand Planner in MNC.
Main reason for keeping my wife as primary applicant is she is holding the Post Graduation Diploma degree & Distance Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Mumbai, India
Her Qualification details are as under:
SSC Exam Passed : March 1998 with 73.86%
HSC Exam Passed : May 2000 with 56.17%
F.Y.B.A Exam Passed from K.C.College, Mumbai : May 2001 with II Class
S.Y.B.A Exam Passed from Institute of Distance Education University of Mumbai : October 2003 with II Class (in 2002 she got fail in 1 subject so she appeared for Distance Education & gave exam in 2003)
T.Y.B.A Exam Passed from University of Mumbai : June 2004
Post Graduation Diploma Passed from Welingkars Institute of Management Development & Research Mumbai : Year 2007 & 2008 (2 Yrs) course with 75%
Now my question is as below:
a. Do I need to get the transcripts from all the college including F.Y.B.A, S.Y.B.A or its OK if i apply & get the Transcript from University of Mumbai & Welingkars College?
b. Do the University of Mumbai / Welingkars College send the transcript to WES directly or they will handover the same to me?
c. Within how many days I will get the Transcript as the amount of CAD322 is already paid to WES. Do the application gets cancelled if the transcripts are not received by WES?
d. How much points will be counted BY CIC for Distance B.A & Post Graduation Diploma
e. How much score she needs to get for IELTS?
f. Is it compulsory / necessary for me to give IELTS?
g. Will my wife be eligible for Express Entry application?
h. My Uncle is there in Ontario & he will be the one sponsoring my wife so will it give more weight for my wife application?
i. How many total points are required for Express Entry?
j. Is it compulsory to submit the IELTS result along with the Express Entry Application?
k. What will be the Government fees for Primary, Spouse & my daughter?
I will highly appreciate if someone can help me in providing the answers for my questions as I don't want to loose my hopes & dreams
