Hi, my spouse and I received procedural fairness letter today.
It says "I am not satisfied that you and your sponsor have been cohabiting in the same residence in Canada since the filing of your application to present day". I am not employed so my husband is paying literally everything, so we have little evidence to present, but we are trying hard to present everything that we have.
Now, more serious question would be that I have a health issue and I need to go back home for checkup. I(applicant) booked a flight one day before the procedural fairness letter, and the flight will be this Saturday. My nurse practitioner I see here recommend I would have to go and need gynecologist referral to see doctors since I don't have a health card yet. and she gave me a proof of urgency. Do I need to write a written statement to them that I will be gone? Or should I just not go? I do have health issue that needs to be treated though. My spouse and I are very stressed, and if you are not knowledgable about this case, just please don't give us any wrong info because we really need some unbiased and logical help here.
