Hi, I need some urgent help! We applied on 1/24/19, and we received procedural fairness letter two days ago (7/3/19) The issue is that I booked a flight prior to that letter due to my health issue and the flight will be tomorrow. I have to make a decision asap to cancel the flight or not. Since I have a procedural fairness letter, under this circumstance, would you recommend staying or leaving the country since I have this health issue? I do have a proof of urgency from my nurse practitioner here just in case. I need a realistic advice from you guys..I am very anxious if I will ever get rejected by re-entering Canada.

A PFL is typically serious - IRCC is giving you a chance to respond to a major concern, and they are close to denying/cancelling your application.

What is your current status in Canada? If you leave, do you have a valid TRV to come back on? You haven't given enough detail for a proper answer.
