Hello,
After applying for a student visa for the 4th time and waiting since 11th of Feb. 111 days, I get this letter this morning

procedural fairness
As per Section 16(1) of the Act, a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

I have concerns that you do not meet the requirements for a study permit.
Specifically, I am not satisfied that you have submitted a genuine bank statement.

I would like to give you an opportunity to respond to these concerns. Your response and any relevant documents must be received in our office within 15 days from the date of this letter. If you fail to comply with this requirement, a decision concerning your application will be made based upon the information already submitted with this application.

I have no idea how to respond since i applied all the four times with the same bank statement from the same bank and it is my real bank statement of 115.000CAD$.
I'm literally stunlocked and have no idea what to do so i thought i'd ask for your help. i searched all over google and everywhere i didn't find anything on this specific reason please help since i only got 15 days to respond, what should i do? should i just send back a new statement from the same bank or just change banks or what should i do i have no idea.

The only thing I can think of is to get help from the bank. A official letter from the bank stating that you are a genuine customer, the authenticity of the bank statement, when you opened the account with them etc.

I would send the following:
- New statement
- Transaction history statement for the past 4 months
- Letter from your bank confirming the funds are on deposit
- Evidence of source of funds (i.e. evidence of where these funds came from whether that was a property sale or employment income or a gift from a family member)

I could get all of these easily i just spoke with my bank and they told me i could get these, do you think i need to write a letter adressing the issue as well or just respond with the statements from the bank?

I would personally work with a lawyer to respond to this.
