hi is there anyone on the group who got procedural fairness letter and satisfied the VO or even got immigration?

The short answer to the question is yes. However there are many many difference reasons why procedural letters are sent - some are more possible to overcome than others. If you want the best / most accurate advice, let us know why you've received the letter.

i applied my husband s case who is in pakistan, we had a small wedding with mehndi and combine function of nikah and rukhsati , we didnt celebrate Walima/reception and most of my family is here and they couldn't attend wedding so we planned to have reception here, so VO wanted more proofs of wedding, explanation to why we didn't celebrate walima/ reception.

Provide a more detailed explanation than the one you have given here. You can say you wanted to do the walima in Canada because most of your relatives are here, and show your plans for this.

How long does CIC usually takes in these type of cases, where PFL was issued? I understand that it would vary from case to case but is their tentative timelines around webform responses, PFL response documents verification & updates to application by CIC for CEC Express Entry applications.

It's typically at least three months - sometimes many more.

There really aren't any tentative timelines. Nothing you can do but wait.
