So how can I send them the New statement and letter is it using the webform or email?

why u submitted 1 year ? was there huge transaction in this period ? is it your bank account ? is there a stamp and signing from the bank ? ideally you should submit an attestation from your bank saying that you have XXX with bank statements of last 4 / 6 months. should be easy please don't complicate it.

Why are you asking now if you have already replied to them? if one gets a PFL then the best thing is to get a lawyer on board because this is not something you want to deal with on your own.

I have told you the truth, it just chance to get the study permit. So I did not get one. So I will move on to other countries to pursue my masters degree.

If Canada bans you for 5yrs, you’ll need to disclose to US Immigration.. most likely they wil deny you. Misrepresentation is serious offence

Why would I need to disclose to the Us Immigration I applied for a study permit got denied that is all there is. IT is not a big deal.
I did not give a fake bank statement that is the truth.
