hi
In my country mandatory military service is 2 years. After 1 year service i was sent to reserve for health problems, but in fact i don't have any problem(medical examination can confirm that). So, is this circumstance a problem for me in my immigration plans (getting visa, becoming a citizen etc)?
Thanks in advance

If your medicals are good at this time, you will not have a problem. It is quite possible that you had a medical problem that is not serious but prevented you from doing your military service but has since cleared up.

so can i assume that Canadian authorities will rely only on the medical examinations i had in canada without paying attention to the disease because of which i was relieved from military service (INCURABLE cardiovascular illness wich is a false diagnosis, cause i'm a rugby player and have examined for several times after that diagnosis)?

Yes, I would not imagine that they would look at the former diagnosis. If they would, all you do is go to a cardiologist and prove the former diagnosis wrong.
