Problems uploading IMM1295E form

It keeps telling me it's not validated, and I did everything until the bar code appeared in the last page
anything to help??? Should I upload it without a signature so I can give them complete digital file???

hello mernan. can you elaborate some more on your process? did you scan your application with the barcode page and then try to upload the form with a handwritten signature?
