Problems Nios students face for admission in canada after12th

I am a Nios student persuing class 12th with non medical stream and i am facing many problems for admission in canada specially the universities . I have counsulted many good overseas consultants they told me it is very difficult to get admission in Canada especially in universities as they don’t accept homeschooling board or any gaps .The only option for me is the limited numbers of colleges for admission in ( B.E in Computer science).But Nios is MHRD department recognised similar to CBSE. I choose nios due to my fathers transfer case in between the sessions of 11th. PLEASE HELP ME ASAP
