I'm so helpless as regard to processing Family residence permit. In the first place, can somebody that studied Foreign Languages be accorded permit? Is it possible to apply with my young court married wife, of which we both are not native of Canada? Can I include my four relations of above 18 years in the application? Do I definitely need someone in Canada to assist? What other things can be an obstruction in the application?
