Problem with MyCIC account or not?

Application has been submitted but without Medical Exam results. Instead of that I added letter of explanation showing date of appointment. After couple days I received a message from IRCC that I need to upload medicals. The status of application has changed to "your action is required". After uploading medicals it hasn't change at all. It still says "your action is required" bit there is no active button or anything. I
Right beside medical form is info saying "replacement provided". I wander why is it sill saying "your action is required" and why I didn't get any message after replacement was provided?
Anyone had a problem like this?
