My case is a bit weird. I sent my application for CSQ in Nov 2009 to the office in Damascus. I didn't get any mails from them for one year, not even a confirmation that they received my application and the related documents.
After sending several emails they informed me that they sent me an email informing me that an interview was set but I didn't show up! but, since it seems that I didn't receive the mail, they rescheduled the interview
In Dec. 2010, I passed the interview. At the end of the interview the interviewer confirmed that I have the needed score but he'll request extra documents that he'll specify by mail.
As usual I didn't receive any letters. In 2011 they closed their office in Damascus and the email that I was using to contact them.
I tried contacting all the offices in the region hoping that my file has been transferred to them but without any success. Finally the office in Beirut sent me a number to call in Canada to check my application
I called them this morning and they informed me that my application has been rejected in 2012 !!!!
I am very angry and frustrated. I didn't even receive the rejection letter to understand why I was rejected.
I usually receive mails on my home address but I don't know why I don't receive any mails from them.
Is there anyway I can request a review of my application? If not, can they send me the documents I sent to them to resubmit the application? But I would hate to start everything from scratch
