Problem with expiring working visa but still valid work permit

i saw few topics here about it, so I know that visa is just for entry in Country. I would like to know where should I apply for new visa because I want to go on vacation out of Canada? And yes, my work permit is still valid, I got PNP and I will apply for PR in next couple of days. Thank you
