I have a problem with the source verification process of my medical degree. On the physiciansapply website, they require Certified Identity Confirmation form and identification document notarized with English stamp or seal. However, in Vietnam, no office uses English stamp. I've been searching for weeks but it seems that I can't find a service which provides the requirement of MCC. Could someone please share your experience on this issue because I'm completely stuck at the moment? I really appreciate any advice.
