Problem uploading IMM 5708 online

I am making an application to extend my visitor status on CIC's online portal. When trying to upload IMM 5708, I get this message:

Error: We couldn't upload your file.

• Error Description: The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted

This document is dated 06-2018 and I have re-downloaded it and filled it out again many times to try to get it to work. It is validated, all the information is correct, I am sure of this.

Is there anything I can do to make it work? Alternately, I have an old version of the form dated 10-2017, would I have problems if I submitted this instead?

I think you need to download the latest version of the file. You can find it here in the official website.

Just right click> save as.
