Problem in Province......

I am applying for immigration under Quebec province but there is a problem. My brother who is going to sponsor me has moved to Ontario. He has lived for more then 2 year in Quebec but now as he has moved to ontario where can i put my application. As my brother is new in ontario can he sponsor me in ontario? Should i apply for Quebec or ontario?

If your brother is moving to Ontario, it only makes sense to apply in Ontario as well, cuz you would be sponsored by him. You can only apply in a different provice unless you are applying for provincial nominee of a province.
