problem in my humber account.

I have applied for computer system technician in humber on 7 july 2017 without my trf through idp.then I send my trf on 26 july. But still my program requirements are not met as of 29 july. I don't know where is problem so some one please help me.I should apply for other college if not then how much time I should wait

Sorry but I do not know what a trf or an idp is but have you not contacted Humber directly as this is a public forum and not able to investigate anything directly with anybody ?
