Hello everybody,
I got PT on my profile to apply for OINP and I am preparing the needed documents. They want me to declare my intention to reside in Ontario due to family ties as my aunt lives there and they need birth certificates of my mother, my aunt and me. When I issued them I found mistakes in the last name as the following(only examples):
Mother's name: Anne William John Justin
Aunt's name: Nadine William John Fred Sam
Knowing that aunt's name in her Canadian passport is: Nadine William Justin and the grandfather's name supposed to be William John Fred Sam Justin
Is there any legal step to take to prove the family relationship without changing their names in certificates?
