Problem in admission.....

My IELTS Score is 6.5 with 7 in listening, 5.5 in writing, 6 in reading and 7 in speaking.My CGPA is 2.35 with 67%age. With 3.5 years of experience. Which university should i apply in Canada admission for Master in Electrical Engineering?

Your results are not good enough I think.

Your CGPA Is too low, most unis require GPA of at least 3.0 to 3.3 and above or else u wont get in at all, also yr ILETS score is too low, u need to have at least 6.5 to 7 for overall and at least 6.5 for each section. So, go brush up and up yr GPA with some other programs.
