This question is for a friend who has submitted a profile in Canadian Experience Class via express entry. His total points are 414.
According to the OINP website, it says that they will select candidates with points 400+ (randomly) and send them a notice of interest.
My question is that, how long does it take for them to send the interest letter? And, what is the probability of receiving the interest letter from OINP to CEC candidates based on 414 points? And what is the frequency of them doing the nomination for CEC?
I tried to look into the forums for similar situations but could not find any. Please suggest.
