Probability of generalist role

What do you think is the probability of getting LMIA for a generalist role?

For eg; A supervisor managing a team of 15-20 executives.

What do you think is the probability of getting LMIA for a generalist role?

For eg; A supervisor managing a team of 15-20 executives.

Low if it's a generalist role since the employer should have no issues finding a Canadian for the role. Much easier if the LMIA requires specialized knowledge or experience that's difficult to find.

Mine is NOC 0121 and title in Insurance claims service manager...Any thoughts if this is generalist
