Medical doctor degrees are generally first-level university credentials, in the same way that a
Bachelor of Law or a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology is a first level, albeit “professional” degree
and should be awarded 20 points. If it is a second-level degree and if, for example, it belongs to a
Faculty of Graduate Studies, 25 points may be awarded.

Hi doc! firstly you can show them your valid PM&DC certificate and your registration of clinic if on your name.
2nd question of points for graduation MBBS..u will get 20 points without any doubt.r u from pakistan which college graduate r u? me also graduated in 1996 from KMU Peshawar.

Show 1-medical degree/ 2-IT return/ 3-proof medical council registration /4-any membership with medical association,/5-copy of invoices of medicines that you buy,electricity bills in your and clinics name etc
I did the same and got through with my visa.
