Hey Guys! I have become very stressful after doing a huge mistake I do not know what to do! The following is my current situation....
1. CRS 475
2. Received ONIP
3. CRS 1075 - ONIP Received
4. Received ITA (After 4 years of tring) [Oct 24th, 2023]
I was the happiest to see a new ITA Application in my profile. After this the nightmare started....
I logged in Oct 26th, 2023, into my EE profile, I mistakenly answered all my Security Questions
I was locked out of my account. (see here: https://ibb.co/4gLVhKC)
To overcome this, I did a lot of research and reading, there I can to know that linking an application to another newly create account would help. So I did the same, I create a new GC Key and linked my EE profile successfully but I CANNOT SEE MY PR/ITA APPLICATION in the new created GC Key. Also, my 600 points from ONIP is also missing

I am under lot of pressure and stress. Kindly, help me resolve this issue.
- As I am from India, I could not call support as outlanders are not allowed to call them
- I have also raised a webform and it has been 4 days, no reply
One thing I noted is that, my EE profile in my locked account is different than the EE number right no in my currently new account. Is there any possibilities that I have linked a wrong accout? I am not really sure ;(
