Printing emails for proof

Hey everyone,

How did you guys print your emails? Directly from Hotmail, Gmail, etc? Or did you copy paste it all into 1 Word document and then print that?

Exact question how anout if we only communicate using fb rarely on calling using phone we use facebook messenger,facebook itself or viber. Copy paste or screen shot??

well i didn't wait for an answer and just started printing directly from hotwire. i feel it's more official this way. probably doesn't make much of a difference.

We sorted out our communications into separate folder and took screenshot images of the list of emails and choose a few of the actual contents to make screenshots of, showing the page exactly like how it would look on your computer screen.

Well i will try that one screen shots of some of the parts of our conversation no the whole coz its too many.lol!!

Mostly we text message, but we email a bunch too...but when it's separated into a separate file, I had three pages of titles of messages showing dates and senders etc, going back to 2004. So we screen shot those and printed them out, and then picked a couple of actual emails to show there actually is content in the messages, which corresponds with what is on the list. Didn't want to print every single email, too many, it would end up being enormous.

We are using mine because my hubby had a special email account set up to his computer that disappeared when his computer crashed, so we only have mine (both sent and received).

Copying and pasting makes it look less 'real' and like it might be faked. A screenshot looks more authentic. I would use screenshots.

I didnt even add emails :O because we are usually on skype if not then whatsapp. rarely msg on fb and msn ( only when hes at work). I had fb screen shots. whatsapp logs and skype logs. I had skype screen shots. didnt add whatsapp screen shots tho .. :S Oh well, if they ask for more ill give them more. added about 70 photos from our wedding and about 65 photos from our "normal" days like home, mall, visiting family e.t.c.
