Principal Inland applicant received BIL but not outland Spouse

Hello,
Applied for Applicant+ 3 dependents under CEC..

Principal applicant in Canada, Dependents in India.. Received BIL for Principal applicant only.. do we get BIL separately for Spouse? If yes, When can we expect? If no, can Spouse give biometrics with principal BIL Application number at VFS in India?
