When the main applicant receives an email to update their current status of residence to IRCC for PR processing completion did you submit web form or send an email?

If email please share the email id.

Could dependents get visas before the main applicant? Can they travel to Canada?

Do you mean responding to golden email? You need to reply to that same email.

Read it again does it mention reply back to the email. It should have full detail how to go for it.
In my case I replied to the golden email with these details.

That's the main concern they didn't gave the email instead generic template was used with the old portal webform link.

I think die to which I am not getting any response.
