What if the principal applicant becomes pregnant in between the PR application process I.e after PR application but before approval of VISA and travel. Are there any restrictions to travel first time in PR visa while being pregnant. Are we supposed to inform visa officer.?

You have to inform if baby is born. Not if pregnant.

Just keep in mind though depending on your landing and due date that you may not have health coverage immediately for the pregnancy/delivery so be prepared in case for some extra costs.

Thanks , I read that it takes 3 months from the medical policy date before it could cover your pregnancy related expenses , is that true?
