Primary Occupation

Hi, my wife and I are filling our EE profile and we have a question on the selection of Primary Occupation. Both our situations are similar. Explaining mine below -

Completed B.Tech
Worked for 2 years at Org 1 in a job with NOC 2131
Completed MBA (got ECA done)
Working for 3.5 years in NOC 1122 at 3 separate companies @1 year each for Org 2 and Org 3; Org 4 is 1.5 years and counting

Considerations: I want to look for jobs in NOC 1122 in Canada
What should I select as my Primary Occupation? Can I fill NOC 1122 instead of NOC 2131? The NOC 1122 mentions these requirements on CIC website:

• A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or a related discipline is usually required.
• A graduate degree in business administration may be required,

Should the "date the applicant first became qualified to practice this occupation" be my B.Tech completion year or that of my MBA in case I enter NOC 1122?

Does this selection impact: our CRS points for work experience or our chances for OINP invitation?
