primary NOC falls out of '5 year' period 2018 February...

hi everyone

1. Do the primary NOC experience have to remain within last five years at the time of filing eAPR.
2. What if the primary NOC falls beyond 'last five years' while the eAPR is under process with CIC.

my primary NOC will be invalid on 2nd February 2018 as it will no more fulfill the 'within last five years' criteria. My doubt is whether I'm safe if I secure an ITA and file eAPR before that date....

hmm....I'm afraid the definition of primary NOC in CIC website says
Your primary occupation means the job you have experience in (within the last five years) and want to base your immigration application on, if you are invited to apply.


which was already confirmed to be one eligibility criteria...the one year experience could be met from last 10 years.... however one must have had worked as recently as within five years in an NOC listed occupation within last five years to be eligible to apply under FSW...
there was a thread on the same earlier and some seniors had confirmed the criteria...
