Primary duties are a mix of 4 NOCs

My primary NOC is a mix of 4 NOCs 2132, 2232, 8222, 8232 .. The job title was Field Engineer so I'm very close with my past manager so I will be with him when he is going to write the letter using the CIC website for reference. My question, to not confuse the officer when he/she looks at my papers, should I just let my Ex-manager write only the duties of one of these NOCs that were related to my work and not mention the others?

Please simplify: 2132, Mechanical Engineer
Get the 1. employment certificate, 2. experience (Reference letter) as Mechanical Engineer close to the NOC description.

I have a question why did you say get employment certificate and reference letter? Shouldn't they just want the reference letter with everything in it?

Also I decided to go with NOC 2132 even though I also did go to the oil fields and perform the duties from 8222 and 8232. I guess I'll just not mention these duties and my work in the oilfields and just focus on the Duties from 2132.

Employment certificate and Experience letter (reference letter)are two different docs.
