Primary Applicant name changed

Hello Everyone,

Really need help here. Me and my wife applied for a tourist visa to canada and submitted our application about a week ago. Today I got an application updated for my Wife and when I opened it up my wife's primary applicant information is showing someone else's name and information.

This is really bizzarre and looks like a mistake from the Canada Visa team, but I have no idea how to contact them or get any information about this.

Has anything like this happened to anyone else. Can someone help me with how I can reach out to Canada Visa office to rectify this or ask them about the mistake?

Thanks, though we submitted the form. It says they will get back to us in 28 days!!

Is it usually that slow? Also when submitting the form it asks me what is your application being processed from outside? How do I know which visa office the application is being processed from?

Yes its that slow, you select the visa office in your nationality country.

Hey can you please tell me on which website you filled the form ? Because same problem happened with me too and they are not replying me
