I have been refused of schengen visa before and now I am filling up my forms post-ITA. Question: Do I have to upload my visa refusal letter in my letter of explanation? Is it necessary or helpful to do so?
Make sure you answer YES for BOTH the questions about visa refusal. At first, I missed the second question and answered it No.
Usually when you have a visa refusal, you may be asked to fill a Schedule A (IMM5669E) form. Keep it ready just in case or if you want, you can submit it upfront to save time.
For my wife, I answered yes to the first and no to the second. The schedule A was filled correctly. After reading a similar post a couple of days ago, I raised a cse.
In my case i didnt uploaded the refusal letter but in Schedule A, i mentioned the application no of the visa which was refused. I hoped this would make the job of processing officer easy and make my application processing faster, may be just by couple of hours. But again any hope in case of CIC is good
