My application for a tourist visa (schengen visa) was refused in 2015. What do I need to do in order to reflect this on my application? I have read from stanlee's post that I have to fill up form IMM5669E because it will be eventually be asked by the immigration. Can you please enlighten about this issue?

You will have to answer yes to 2 of the statutory questions (where it says have you ever had visa refused or so) and I as I read from this forum if you answer yes to any of the statutory questions you are likely to get schedule A request. So it is advisable to include this in your application in order make things faster. This is what I intend to do as I have had visa refused in the past.

Sorry to ask here but Can you tell me when you have to fill up form IMM5669E? Before or after ITA? I have received ITA. But I don't recall if I have said yes or no.

You will say Yes or No when you fill your application after receiving your ITA. If you say Yes to statutory question, you can submit the form IMM5669E with your application if you want.

Thank you. I have not completed and submitted my application after ITA.So if I just put yes and tell them about my refusals which is 2 one in UK Tourist Visa and another in Canada,hopefully it will be ok.
