previous UCI and application

I'm currently a student in Canada and we applied via regular FSW back in 2010 but our application was returned due to cap was reached. The first page has a stamp that says CIC SYDNEY FSW MAILROOM, and then hand written an UCI number and another number XE0000xxxxx. However, my wife was the main applicant then, now with the new EE i'm the main applicant.

So in the EE, should I add this UCI number with my student permit's UCI number?

UCIs are specific to individuals, so you need to enter your UCI when completing your profile.
