hey guys. Kind of a complicated situation here.
I was an international students at an US university and applied for a short program( 1 and half year) in Canada in 2014. I decided to learn French while i am doing this program . However, not knowing the consequence of my decision, i dropped out from the program midway and enrolled in a intense language program that lasts for eight months. It's 15 hours per week but not held by a DSL college, so it doesn't give out transcript. My study permit during this period is still under the college that i was no long going. I finished the program and left Canada thereafter. Noted that i enrolled in this french program before June 2014, which now i learned, as long as i was actively pursuing my study, there should not be a huge problem.
I applied to transfer to Mcgill and got accepted. I am wondering if my whole thing with the last study permit will jeopardize my chance of getting a new one. Is there a way i can make sense to the authority out of all this?
Thanks in advance/
