Hey guys,
I once forgot to extend my study permit around 2009, luckily I filed an application to restore my status within the 90 days period, and eventually got a new study permit.
I am looking at the questions in Statutory questions, it seems that none of the statutory questions applied to this case. The only related questions are:
Has XXX you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
Has XXX ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
When I apply to PGWP or any TRV after 2009, I answered the following question:
a. remained beyond the validity of your status, attended school without authorization or worked without authorization in Canada. <-- I answered 'Yes'
b. been refused any visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country. <-- I answerd 'No' in my preivous applications
I could not find any questions like (a) in the Express Entry application form. Did I miss anything? And, should I answer yes to those questions in the EE form?
Thanks in advance!
