My friends wife was a PR back in 2012 but once she got married in India she came back to India and stayed there and never returned to Canada
Now her PR would have expired as it's been 8 years as she would have just spent 3 months or so in total in Canada
Now she and her husband wants to apply for PR again but we want to know how her previous PR status affects their current application when they apply and what do they need to do
Can her previous PR status help them?
Or does she need to give up her pr status first before applying for PR again as family?
