Previous non Canadian visa refusals

My AOR is 10 Feb. i just realized i made a fatal error while filling the PR application on the section of previous visa refusals. i thought that was only for Canadian visa refusals, so i entered No on all 3 questions. But i had a UK PR visa refusal in 2014 and an overstay of 2 months (NB i misplaced the refusal letter long ago). Please i need advice. Is it too late to raise a CSE? as the file might have been sent to LVO already.

I think you need to raise CSE ASAP. And explain your misunderstanding. I you don't do anything they will refuse you and might ban you for misrepresentation. Try to get to them ASAP. raise a very detailed CSE, explaining your misunderstanding and even call the agents and explain to them what happened and ask them to put a note for an officer processing your case, or at least mention that your CSE is coming. Otherwise, if you remain silent they will definitely issue procedural fairness letter and it will look suspicious that you waited that long to rach out to them. It's always better to approach them first. good luck.
