Do we need to declare past miscarriage during the medicals exam?

One of my cousin suffered a miscarriage, it happened due to sudden increase in blood pressure. Doctors termed it as pure bad luck. Blood pressure went back to normal after that without any medication, but she is considered as high risk pregnancy for next pregnancy.

Now, they are planning to move to Canada and need to visit high risk specialists for her next pregnancy. So, does this have any affect PR extension or Citizenship in future?

Having a miscarriage is very common especially in the first trimester. Think 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage. She won't be considered high risk in Canada. A family doctor who does deliveries or an OB can handle the next pregnancy. OBs in general are trained to deal with all forms of pregnancy.
