With a history of an impaired driving arrest, which was dismissed and expunged by the state, FBI report came back saying:
"A SEARCH OF THE FINGERPRINTS PROVIDED BY
THIS INDIVIDUAL HAS REVEALED NO PRIOR
ARREST DATA AT THE FBI. THIS DOES NOT
PRECLUDE FURTHER CRIMINAL HISTORY AT THE
STATE OR LOCAL LEVEL."
I assume that this is working properly as it was supposed expungement was received (all records deleted).
The plan is to include the relevant documents and dismissal/expungement notice with the clean FBI report. Any chance the Canadian Immigration asks for state/county records? (Given that its expunged, its all going to come back clean anyway - I was most worried about the FBI records and even that is clean.)
