So I submitted my EE profile last year but didn't receive any invitation before it got expired.
Now as I'm going to resubmit it, there are 2 specific questions to answer:
1. Whether I have applied to IRCC before?
2. Whether I have applied for EE before?
I watched a video on youtube on how to fill in the application and it said the first question should be answered "yes" if you ever applied to IRCC for any reason. And as for the 2nd question the video says if you applied and haven't received an ITA or if you rejected your ITA then you should answer "no". And if you accepted your ITA, submitted your application but then got rejected bu IRCC or withdrew your application then you should answer "yes".
So do I understand correctly that in my case the answer to the first question should be "yes" and the answer to the second question should be "no"?
