I am filling out IMM 5708 to extend my stay in Canada. I am confused about what to put on Q8b when they ask about previous country of residence. I was a foreign worker under PGWP. Obviously, I put "Worker" and period of my WP down for the first field.
I was a student since 2007 and I had 2 different study permits. The first SP is for high school and the second one is for college. Since they are only asking for the PAST FIVE YEARS, for the second field when I put my status as student, what should I put under "FROM"?
1. 5 years back dated from the expire day of my 2nd SP
2. The date they issued my 2nd SP
3. The date when I first came to Canada as student
