Am getting my applications prepared for a Canadian TRV from, am a Permanent Resident holder of Sweden, live in Sweden and work in Sweden,also my common law partner studies and lives here as a Msc student, I have an invitation from a NGO from canada, i have all documents scanned and attached but,
1. Have been refused a UK visa just of recent and twice in the past about 10years ago, in which the decision from the immigration office states “ you were refused entry clearance under paragraph v3.6 of the immigration rules on xx/09/2008.
You were refused a Uk entry visa under paragraph v3.7 on the xx/10/2010. The immigration officer who processed your application has put a ban on your application as per immigration rules until xx/09/2018.
I am satisfied that the ban is still in place and your application is there for refused.
Have been able to travel within most schengen countries and once in dubai,am a Nigerian passport holder, and am applying with my Nigerian passport from Sweden. Can my application be refused based on my uk visa decision? And do i need to Submit a scanned copy of the visa refusal decision or i should just answer yes on “IMM5257 e 2b form”
And just explain.
2. can someone put a light on this for me on the IRCC document upload page there is no place to upload your hotel reservation and flight reservation as i am doing this electronically.
3. What is meant by Client Information and what do i need to write there or what do i need to attach.
