Dear All

In the process of preparing for filing the PR application I found some ..."inconsistencies".

[1] Originally, I wrote that we'll bring 64000 CAD, but now we shown an account of my wife, with 32000.
[2] The native language of my son is "English", even though mine is German and my wife's is Korean. But in the "family" we speak English most.
[3] My wife's "work experience" is actually 4 instead of 6 years. The last two years she was "employed" by the the company (i.e had a contract), but did not receive salary by the company, but rather by the government (Austrian baby bonus, which also means the company was not allowed to fire her for two years after birth); but no, she didn't sit in the office for those 2 years.
[4] My wife has two bachelor degrees, even though she was only awarded one document for both of them. The credential assessment "somewhat" makes that clear, but it is nowhere explicitly stated that "these are two separate degrees, not only one".
[5] My wife's NOCs in her two previous jobs were "0124 Advertising, marketing, and public relations managers" and "0111 Financial Managers", this is what it said in her contracts. However, upon checking the NOCs in detail, it says you need a masters degree for those jobs, but she had those jobs despite having a masters. (I could imagine this happening quite often, where people do not meet the exact requirements as stipulated by the NOC, but nonetheless held those positions in reality.)
[6] From 4 July 2005 until 30 July 2007 I was an exchange student in China from Vienna/Austria. I didn't put this in either my education record (because it was for my studies in Vienna, I did not receive certificates in China), and it also seemed wrong to put it into the "Travel history". My main registration seat was in Austria during all that time. My Chinese police certificate can be issued since February 2006, but not earlier, so it covers the last 10 years, but not all my time in China. Do you think I should post that time? Where? Or just post "Feb2006-July2007"?
[7] I do not have a IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report Form, but rather an eMedical Information sheet (this question has been posted in another forum and has been answered, thank you)

Now, don't bother understanding everything above in detail, all these things are quite "small" and in my point of view are not serious "misrepresentations", as none of it influences my points. I hope at least. I got 445 points. My wife's work experience does not influence my points if I am correct. Please do let me know though If you see any serious problems with any of the above.

But they do need to be clarified and explained to the visa officers (i.e. why suddenly less money, why native English even though none of the parents speak that, why NOC 0111 even though no masters, etc.)
So, the REAL question is: When and where is the time to explain these?
In the "Letter of Explanation" uploaded with the application package, or at the interview?

Thank you!

Nobody? Did I ask a no-no? Wrong question? Already answered somewhere else?

In short: When and where is the time (i.e. the Letter of Explanation or the Interview) to clarify one's personal circumstances and eventual changes before and after ITA?

Thank you!
