Prepaid Return Coupon

Hello guys,

I received an email this morning from the immgration section of canada in Nairobi, asking me to send a prepaid courier coupon by DHL FedEx or TNT to get back my passport and other documents

Im currently in France, and none of these companies is willing to sell me a prepaid courier coupon claiming that this doesnt exists here.

Can anyone help me of how I can send them this prepaid courier to get back my papers.

Urgent please reply as soon as possible.

Try to call DHL office in Nairobi. Say that if you can pay them by wire transfer or credit card.
