Congratulations. If the baby is born in Canada then he/she will get Canadian citizenship. Otherwise, you will have to sponsor him/her for PR. The sponsorship process can be long and at least one of the parent will have to be physically present in Canada in order to sponsor. You should think of moving to Canada earlier and have the baby there. Most provincial health plans start after you have lived there for 3 months. So plan to move at least 3 months before her due date.

Hi, I was in canada and got PR card and health card too. Due to some family reasons we are here in India and can't move back to canada before delivery as no one is there to take care of my wife and she really needs family support at this time. So If baby is born in India then do you or anyone knows the process of sponsorship etc. and how difficult process is that.

Like mentioned above, in order to sponsor one of the parents has to be physically present in Canada. It is not very difficult process, but it is time consuming. It can take anywhere from a few months up to a year.
