Congratulations. Have you completed your medicals? There are complications involved because she cannot undergo X-ray screening. You can submit the application without it X-ray, but it will be put on hold until she delivers and gets an X-ray day. The baby will also be added to the application at that stage. Unborn baby cannot be added to the application. So, in short getting PR is 9+ months away for you.
