Pregnant and awaiting medical for work program

Good day,
I recently found out that I'm 3 weeks pregnant and I am due for medical next month. I applied for a work program it was delayed many times. Will I automatically fail my medical due to my pregnancy? Will I be taken off the work program and be denied entry?
Do I have to carry my medical report to the embassy along with the police record?

Not sure what you mean by "work program". Have you applied for a work permit? If so, under what grounds?

If you don't want to complete the x-ray while pregnant, then you will have to wait until after you give birth to complete it. Any app requiring a medical will not be fully processed until then.
