Pregnancy before ppr received

I am 9 month pregnant now and biometrics was done on 14 april 2022, but till now did not receive ppr mail even after 3 months. As my pregnancy updated in my medical, so my question is did ircc wait for my delivery before giving me ppr?

Did you do the x-ray as part of your medical or did you skip the x-ray?
